Upon completing the first cycle of studies, students can enroll in one of three Master's programs in the second cycle: (1) Economic Policy and Development, (2) Marketing and Management, and (3) Financial and Banking Management.

Candidates who have completed the first cycle of studies in the same scientific field and have earned 240 ECTS credits can enroll in the second cycle – Master's studies. This also includes candidates who have completed their studies under the old program, after the equivalency procedure for the curriculum has been conducted, as well as candidates who have completed a four-year study program at other economic faculties and have obtained 240 ECTS credits, following an assessment of their knowledge relevant to the study program.

In order for a candidate to qualify for enrollment in the study program, they must achieve more than half of the maximum points on the test for each subject. After the admission and testing process is completed, a unified ranking list of accepted candidates is published.

The Master's programs in the second cycle at the Faculty of Economics Brčko have 60 ECTS credits, following the completion of 240 ECTS credits in the first cycle of studies. The courses in the study programs carry 40 ECTS credits, while the final Master's thesis accounts for 20 ECTS credits.
