Snježana Zarić

Biography:

Snježana Zarić was born on September 8, 1989, in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. She graduated from the Secondary School of Economics as the top student and student of the generation. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2012 at the Faculty of Economics in Brčko, University of Eastern Sarajevo, with a major in Accounting and Finance, graduating with an average grade of 9.76, and was named Student of the Generation. She completed her Master's studies at the Faculty of Economics in Brčko, with a major in Financial and Banking Management (thesis titled "Possibilities for the Development of Voluntary Pension Insurance within the Pension and Disability Insurance System Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina") and at the Faculty of Economics in Pale, with a major in International Economics (thesis titled "The Alignment of Business Cycles in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Business Cycles of the Eurozone"). She is currently a doctoral student at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade (Economics program). During her undergraduate and Master's studies, she was a scholarship recipient from the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Srpska (Dr. Milan Jelić Fund) and the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Srpska. Since 2013, she has been employed at the Faculty of Economics in Brčko as an Assistant, and since 2017, she has held the position of Assistant Professor in the field of Theoretical Economics, where she teaches exercises in the subjects of Macroeconomics, International Economics, Microeconomics, Theory of Prices, and Public Finance. Over the years, she has also been involved in teaching subjects such as Fundamentals of Economics, International Financial Institutions, and Economic Statistics.
